GREEN SEAL -   A Water based product. Developed to protect all stone, tile, masonry, and grout surfaces.  After application, surfaces will resist dirt, grease, water, oils and stains.  The sealer penetrates into the most porous surfaces and bonds to the stone.  The natural color of the stone will not be altered.  Acceptable for use on interior, exterior, vertical and horizontal stone surfaces. "Do not allow to dry on Surface"

Directions of Use:

Application

The surface must be clean, dry, and free of coatings.  Apply GREEN SEAL using a soft clean cloth or sponge.  Allow sealer to remain on surface for 3-5 minutes. Remove excess sealer and Buff dry with an absorbant lint free towel. If second coat is required - Apply wet on wet. DO NOT ALLOW SEALER TO DRY ON SURFACE.

Approximate Coverage

Porous surfaces - 500-800 sq. ft. to the gallon

Denser polished surfaces - 1,000-1,200 sq. ft. to the gallon

Cure Time

May be open to traffic as soon as completely dry.   Protect from rain for 24 hours.  QMC GREEN SEALER requires 72 hours to develop full oil resistance qualities.
