Masonry Sealer Water Repellant - A water based water repellant for use on Brick, Concrete, Cultured Stone, Marble, Granite, Grout and other Natural Stones. Interior & Exterior.

Directions of Use:

ALWAYS TEST each surface before overall application to ensure suitability and desired results.

Building occupants, pedestrians, nearby property, glass, foliage and nonmasonry surfaces from contact with product. Avoid breathing fumes. Avoid exposing building occupants to fumes. Provide ventilation for interior application.

Surfaces must be dry and clean of dirt, dust, and contaminates. Cure all caulking, patching and joint sealant before application. Surface/air temperatures must be between 40*F-90*F during and following application.

DO NOT DILUTE OR ALTER . Stir well before use. Apply with low-pressure sprayer, airless sprayer, brush, roller or soft lint free cloth.

Apply 1 application with sufficient material so that surface remains wet for approximately 5 minutes before penetrating. Do Not allow to puddle. Absorb excess with clean absorbent towels. If a second desired, apply wet on wet.
